Excellent, well-presented small office in a quiet, tidy commercial building. There is plenty of all-day parking at the rear of the building as well as one car park available for $950 + GST per year if required. The other tenants are all small businesses as well.
The office is ideal for one to two people, but we prefer businesses that do not require a large number of clients visiting the premises. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are provided in common with the other tenants.
