Wellington Tiny Homes have two 3 bedroom tiny homes on offer that are almost ready! No need to wait for the full build process to be completed and you can decide on the finishing touches!
Jupiter (flat roof) and Venus (gable roof). We also have Gemini (a dual key option) available to order.
With the cost of building going through the roof, these will make the perfect first home or rental property on your lifestyle section. They are warm, cozy, and can be positioned anywhere flat.
All our homes are built to the NZ Building Code by qualified LPB licensed builders and will also meet the healthy homes requirements for rentals.
Structurally sound with steel framing, double glazed windows & doors, they are well insulated and will keep anyone snug and warm. The exterior has a mix of steel and wooden cladding.
