State Highway 1, Umawera, Far North, Northland

This attractive block is accessed directly off the tarseal on State Highway One in Umawera, just 21km north of Okaihau township. Its main service town is Kerikeri to the south.

Estimated at 44 effective hectares, the block is well raced and fenced to 22 paddocks.

Water is pumped via a diesel pump from a large dam and is gravity supply to troughs in most paddocks. The dam also doubles as a great duck shooting dam.

Currently running 54 R2 heifers and steers and there will also be an addition of 50 weaner calves on the block from 1st November.

Good infrastructure with separate loadout yards, semi-covered working yards, utilising the old cowshed. There is also an old piggery and haybarns.
