All our homes are built to the NZ Building Code by qualified LPB licensed builders and will also meet the healthy homes requirements for rentals.
Structurally sound with steel framing, double glazed windows & doors, they are well insulated and will keep anyone snug and warm. The exterior has a mix of steel and wooden cladding.
