Overlooking the harbour in Andersons Bay is our substantial boarding house. These are for long to short term tenancy as you wish. Short walk to the bus stops which will then take you to the main bus hub in the centre city of Dunedin , 15-20 minutes. The ground level communal facilities include a spacious lounge/dining area with outdoor patio area which is great for summer BBQ's, separate spacious kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 additional separate toilets and commercial washer and dryer.
Couples are welcome at an additional rate of $40 per week.
Our shared accommodation is a minimum stay 28 days.
Included in the rental price is power, internet, sky TV in the living area and weekly cleaners for the common facilities.
There is also plenty of off street parking available.
Move in costs:
Bond - 4 weeks rent
Rent in advance - 1 weeks rent
Strictly no pets and viewings by appointment only.
