On offer in this lovely large house is one single bedroom - a single king bed supplied. Grounds, house cleaning, wifi, gas and reasonable power form part of the weekly rent. Located within close proximity to Palmerston North Hospital, UCOL and also the city centre. We are happy to accommodate professionals, international/national students.
