This is a large 1731sqm rectangular section on the outskirts of Raetihi township.
It has differing degrees of steepness and the further up the hill you go, the more dynamic the views become looking out over Raetihi to an amazing and unimpaired view of mighty Mt. Ruapehu.
There are town services close to the boundary and we are working to get the section pegged as there is currently no fence line on the left.
When looking at the photos, the boundary on the left runs in a straight line from the road up to the end of the flaxes at the top.
