The lower level offers the perfect solution for a teenager's retreat or extended family accommodation. It features a spacious double bedroom, a large bathroom, and a uniquely carpeted single garage which could serve as the ideal rumpus room. Please note, garage access is exclusively internal.
The outdoor area is equally impressive, with a spacious deck at the front, ideal for summer BBQs and gatherings. The low-maintenance gardens add a touch of greenery without the hassle, and off-street parking at the rear.
The location is nothing short of excellent, close to Waiake and Browns Bay Beaches, shops, and efficient public transport.
