Takapuna had another very strong month for retail spending in October.
October 2024 compared to 2023 showed a 12.8% increase in spending. This is especially strong when compared to the Auckland average of -2.9%, CBD -7.1%, Newmarket -9.6%, Ponsonby -7.3%, KRoad -14.1% and Parnell -9.6%.
