A skilled professional, Kate Mullins cut her teeth in real estate selling businesses and commercial property in the Hotel, tourism and leisure sector.  Having 14 years of sales experience throughout the South Island, Kate’s knowledge of this evolving market is second to none. 

Enjoying the energy of residential and investment property, Kate has grown her business to include a focus on selling and finding buyers residential homes and investment properties.

“More recently, investors from all over New Zealand set their sights on Christchurch, some buying sight unseen to secure a good investment,” says Kate.  “Canterbury has some great value buying and can provide attractive returns when compared to the bank.”

When Kate is not working she enjoys travelling, hanging out on her lifestyle property in Ohoka or horse riding and she is often found competing at horse shows throughout the South Island during the summer months.
