A metalled ROW with passing bays will be provided to access each of the building platforms. All lots will have an engineered building platform with power provided to the lot boundary. Lot 5 - 1.99ha site with a 2,586m2 elevated building platform providing views over native bush areas out to the sculpture farm and the Kaipara Harbour.
Lot 6 - 1.83ha site with a 2,063m2 building platform with north-facing views of native bush areas, farmland and partial views of the Kaipara Harbour.
