Neither dwelling is consented or permitted. The house in the center of the farm is comfortably appointed with a large, sheltered north facing outdoor area.

Within the property is a working rock quarry with the resource consent held by another entity outside of the farming company with the resource consent expiring on the 31st August 2027.

Access to the property is off Rototaha Road which falls under the control of the Whakatane District Council.
