We're not saying it has to be done right away, as some will want to buy the best position they can and then upgrade as they can. Even landscaping and paint alone will go a long way to making this one yours!

With the house hidden from the street by plantings and hedging on the sunny west side, this is one of those houses you would never know was there, but its position will appeal to many. For first-time home buyers, downsizers, and bach buyers, this two-bedroom, 65m2 plus decking home on an 814m2 section may be just what you are looking for.

You will know 15 Waiata Road is different when you feel the morning sun pouring into the living areas. Sometimes, adding your own charm or expansion to a deserving house in the right location works out best, especially when it's Onetangi and located in a 'traditional residential' rather than a 'bush residential' land unit/zone. You can easily walk footpaths to the shops, the bus, or down to the beach in under 1500 metres - just a healthy walk!

There is plenty to choose from on Waiheke in this price range, but not if you're looking for flat and sunny in Onetangi.
