The development's sustainability is a top priority. As the building’s developer, Precinct is targeting a 6-Star Green Star design and built rating and a leading NABERSNZ rating. 

Building features include end of trip facilities, ample car parking and high levels of accessibility. It's an office that will provide its occupants with a future-focused office environment that will help attract and retain the best talent.

 

Construction of this development is due for completion Q1 2025.
