Marian Heights is a lovely restful retirement village catering to ages 55 plus who can live independently. It is meticulously maintained and offers carefree living amongst like-minded folk.
Unit D2 is north-facing and positioned to provide a private garden outlook. There is a generous deck and wide ramp at the front for easy access (ideal for wheel-chairs and walkers.) Flaunting new flooring the unit is open plan allowing for freedom of movement. The interior is light-filled and offers fabulous indoor/outdoor living and there is a heat-pump/air-conditioner to ensure year-round comfort. The double bedroom attracts morning sun and offers a built-in dresser and wardrobe/storage.
