energy in the summer. We have the sun come through our bedroom windows in the
morning and the afternoon sun on the deck leading into the lounge. Perfect to have
the sliding door and windows open for that summer breeze.
"The wonderful thing about the home is its located in the front building in the top
right corner which means you are at the end, never have anyone walking across your
deck or using your staircase which makes it extremely private. The deck overlooks
the bush which makes it perfect for privacy (nobody can see in) but also blocks any
noise.
"From a neighbours / environment perspective, everyone is lovely. All working
parents or couples that generally keep to themselves. We have never had a problem
with noise or parties etc everyone is very respectful of one another.
"The building is 5 minutes away from Albany mall, or you can head straight down the
hill to get on the motorway. It's the perfect location for escapism and also close
enough to the shops, park-and-ride and the beach.
"All and all, we really have loved living in this home, it's simply time for us to branch
out.
