New to the market is this 64 hectare (subject to survey) grazing block on Dalvey School Road East, nestled on the edge of the Blue Mountain Range.
Currently running sheep and cattle, with 12 hectares of Kale sown and baleage made recently. Stock water comes from a spring in neighbouring property, to a tank then gravity fed to some troughs. Other paddocks have natural water.
