PGG Wrightson are privileged to bring to the market Waimumu Downs Limited, a well appointed 290 hectare, self contained dairy farm located on the outskirts of Gore.

Previously being the DSIR Agricultural Research farm, the property was converted to dairying in 2014 on the base of an excellent soil health and extensive re-grassing regime, and has been transformed over the past 10 years, with an extra 86 hectares added in recent years to complement the property nicely.
