"Hunter Farm" has been faithfully farmed combining a high performing sheep and cattle property, while keeping in tune with the environment, offering 65 hectares of native bush and plantings along with a well thought out forestry component, located on the less productive steeper country.

The three bedroom family home with sleepout in a private sheltered garden setting has been tastefully renovated, adding to this aesthetically well-balanced property, running down to the Clutha River overlooking the Blue Mountains.

This includes minimal soil disturbance, no bare soil, use of multi species and not over grazing paddocks, supported with rotational grazing and higher stocking density. The farm joined with ATA Regenerative to undertake a farm monitoring system called Ecological Observational Verification (EOV). This is done yearly and an improvement in all measured areas is looked for. Currently Hunter Farm is receiving a premium for the wool by being in the EOV program.
