Attractive grazing block with a north easterly aspect and easy contour. The whirinaki clay loam soils have a long history of regular fertliser with the latest application being a dressing of 2 tons ha of agricultural lime last Autumn.
Subdivided up into 35 paddocks which are serviced by 19 dams for water. Three paddocks are by natural creeks. The fencing is a mix of both electric and conventional and all are in very good serviceable condition. A centrally located set of yards aid in stock management.
Patches of native bush ensure a warm sheltered and shaded environment for the approx 130 MA cattle wintered most years.
No nitrogen is used and no supplements are fed out but the stock are well fed and cared for.
This farm has been in the family for a couple of generations and the diligent stewardship is clear to see, but the vendor would like to dial back now and pursue other interests.
