The main living area is very spacious, with high raked ceiling plus the extensive views from Whangarei Heads to offshore islands. Quite a stretch of white sandy beach in the foreground too. From the deck you can also enjoy the sun, plus these expansive ocean views.

Downstairs there is huge rumpus area, which includes studio area and has often been used to sleep many extra guests. There are even sea views from this room. At the rear of the downstairs level there is an exceptionally large bedroom, which could easily become a bunk room if you often have a big bunch of kids to stay.

An easy house to live or holiday.

Plenty of room for lots of friends & or extended family as there is quite a bit of parking to complement the plentiful sleeping space. The massive garage is over 13 meters long, the whole length of the basement. Concrete block basement with a brick top floor, this house was built to maximise space and minimise the need for maintenance.

Down at the roadside there is a 1940's garage in an area which needs remedial work, but you can consider which option you favour most for this space. Report available on this.

Town water & sewerage are facilities not to be forgotten, so convenient when there is a crowd.

Langs Beach is one of the places which people of all generations fall in love with. Ancient pohutukawa trees provide shade for a summer's day, or a natural climbing frame for both young and old. Known as a safe swimming beach, at times there is barely a ripple on the water. At other times the rolling surf attracts surfers from far and wide. Walking tracks either along the coastline or in the native bush reserves, plus the cycleway/walkway between Waipu and Waipu Cove all add to the type of activities found in the area. Nearby there are Golf courses, shops, cafes and other eateries at small towns including Waipu and Waipu Cove.

So much to see and do. Or do thing at all, just relax and embrace the views. You will sleep well with the sounds of the waves, and the sea air.
