As the original house plans for this riverside home show, this is a three-bedroom home. Dot has always wanted a walk-in wardrobe, so she had the dividing wall opened up between the second and third bedroom (you can see this in the pictures) and Dot will have the dividing wall professionally reinstated for you, should you want to reinstate the third bedroom. Currently, the door to the third bedroom opens to the undercover porch, right next to one of the external entry doors to this happy home. What else is great about this home? A plethora of established fruit trees out back providing citrus stone fruit, plus a freestanding garage, as well as the integral garage. There is a modern (permitted) fireplace and a heatpump (for a cool cool summer) and that kitchen, so much bench space! The pantry is outstanding, an organised persons dream right there. Dots grandkids are calling her over to Australia. She will continue to care for this sunny home until the day you move in. It is a short stroll down the road to the Eastend precinct where you will find the best coffee and food, and the cutest flower and Homestore, alongside some friendly folk that you will get to know quickly.
