As the newest member of the Ngatea Richardson’s Real Estate team I have really enjoyed my first year in Real Estate. It has been a very successful year for myself and my clients, capped off by winning 2015/16 Rookie of the year. I think the key to this job is to ask the right questions of the buyer so I can match them to their perfect home and listening to the vendor as they know their property better than anyone so that I can market it to its full potential.
I have lived in the Hauraki Plains area for nearly 40 years, so I know what an amazing life we have here and I enjoy showing new people our little corner of paradise. Together with my colleague Adrienne we know we have “the power of Teamwork and the reputation of results”.
