Wellington Central 21 Manners Street is undergoing a full upgrade

The building has been stripped back to bare concrete to allow for a full building upgrade. The office floors will have the normal base build items including new suspended ceilings, energy efficient lighting, carpet tiles and new bathrooms on each floor.
