Air Chathams flies a scheduled service 6 days a week over summer - around 2 hours flight from Wellington, Christchurch & Auckland. Pitt Island is approximately 14km south of Chatham Island - A 25 minute flight by a light aircraft or a 50 minute boat ride from Owenga. The closest boat landing point is Flowerpot Bay.
