With Turk Valley Road situated in the Waiharara district and is 30 kilometres north of Kaitaia. This has several established avocado orchards on the road. With its great soils making it prime land for horticulture. It has 700 trees planted on the raised area of just over 4 hectares. This orchard has won awards for the most fruit per hectare. The avocado trees are 15 years old and with the height of the trees a hydro ladder is needed to pick the fruit now. The bore on the property is consented till 2025 and there is plenty of water for irrigation. There are good shelter belts all around the planted area. The purpose built shed has three bays and a workshop - storage area.
