Shed to be constructed on site, see images for planned shed. Yard will be approximately 1,000sqm (more or less). The shed is currently configured to be in three tenancies and yard will be either shared or split. There is also opportunity for tenants to take the whole property as one or even perhaps 50/50. Bring your ideas and have some input as to the final design of the shed before it has been confirmed. Pricing will depend on final shed design but yard space $20/sqm and shed $190/sqm as a guide.
