Terri Grimes

Terri is a critical part of Habitat’s disciplined property management team. Working from our Kawarau office her local knowledge and enthusiasm to provide her clients with excellence of service makes Terri an invaluable member of our management team.

With other members of her family involved in real-estate Terri states, “becoming a property manager was a natural transition for me, in our family real-estate is always talked about because other family members are agents, in real-estate sales and involved in property investments”.

Terri is committed to Habitat’s ‘zero tolerance’ policy. This includes rent defaults, Habitat’s ‘no drugs’ policy, landlord insurance education program and most importantly disciplined property inspection and maintenance regime.

Terri loves her work. She states, ‘I actually enjoy waking up knowing it’s a work day. the Habitat team is amazing and knowing I have the support and tools to give our landlords a superior, more profitable service is rewarding”.
