Placing his family and friends of high importance, Sven spends a lot of time at the local beaches and cafes and is a member of the local gym. When Sven is not working he enjoys spending his time in the Hauraki Gulf and Manukau Harbour ?shing for anything from Snapper to Marlin. He has even won three prizes from recent annual Real Estate Institute ?shing competitions. His proudest catches to date are a 67 lb Hapuka and a 46 lb King?sh.
