Steven Firth

Steven Firth started in Residential real estate in 1994 and spent the next 14 years working predominantly in the Hutt Valley. Working with a large database of clients Steven also completed transactions within the greater Wellington region.

Specialising in Investment opportunities for his clients Steven has sold blocks of flats, residential rentals as well as some commercial and industrial property, with a brief foray into selling vineyards in Blenheim and the Nelson region.

Steven is passionate about property and its financial opportunities and is also a keen investor.

Steven has also run and owned construction businesses in the UK and Wellington and has worked on projects throughout NZ, the UK and China. Steven also worked recently as head of procurement for the construction department of several Hollywood films in Wellywood.

Steven says that one of his great satisfactions in real-estate is helping people create financial independence and passive income.
