Sandy has worked for Bayleys for 10 years across the Bay of Islands and Hibiscus Coast portfolios and prides herself on the fact that many of her managements are referrals from existing investment property owners. 

Sandy offers a professional service and is focussed on protecting the value of properties in her portfolio. Tenant selection is a high priority.  Rigorous background, credit and reference checks are a standard part of the selection process, as is ensuring that repairs and maintenance is carried out promptly and to a high standard. Sandy’s ‘firm but fair’ approach is respected both by tenants and landlords.

Legislation relating to rental properties is under constant scrutiny and subject to change. Sandy believes it is imperative for property managers to keep up-to-date with any changes so that owners are made aware of their obligations and rental properties are compliant at all times. 

Living in the Bay of Islands Sandy enjoys being outdoors and living on the coast gives her the opportunity to get in a spot of fishing.
