Empathy could be Sana Siddiqui’s middle name. Her extensive experience and significant qualifications in social work and healthcare management place her perfectly as Property Management Administrator at the ground-breaking Ray White Sue Douglas Group.
Not knowing a single soul in New Zealand, Sana showed her brave, independent streak and resilient disposition when she immigrated here in 2014. With a degree in social work, she wanted to prove to herself and her family that she could make it on her own; and she did. Initially working as a community support worker, Sana was able to get an early grasp on New Zealand culture and its people.
In June of this year, on the recommendation of a friend who could see her compatibility with the frontline position, Sana successfully applied for her current job. Though she'd never anticipated moving out of healthcare and into real estate, she positively glows when talking about her career transition; “My experience has allowed me to understand and feel more about what our clients might be experiencing in a stressful situation; it really helps me to help others.” Communication, empathy and patience are amongst Sana’s strongest traits; she communicates effortlessly with landlords and tenants alike, managing complex issues daily to successfully resolve the demanding situations which can arise in the field.
Not surprisingly, Sana has adapted to home life equally well. Meeting her future husband shortly after her arrival, they married, and she's enjoying the fruits of her courageous decisions and impeccable work ethic. The couple loves to socialize with their friends, but Sana also benefits from many creative outlets - having exhibited her artwork in India, she continues to paint and is also a culinary enthusiast.
