Ross originally joined the real estate industry in 1999 after 15 years at the helm of his own importing and textile business. Initially, he partnered with key clients to develop, create and sell a number of large-scale developments both in the Auckland CBD and in premium coastal locations. He then moved to marketing numerous exclusive residential homes on behalf of clients all over the world. Ross was involved in the establishment of the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Eastern Suburbs office early in 2012, and has been awarded the 2013/2014/2015 “National Top Performing Licensee” for Sales Volume. The Eastern Suburbs have always been a focus and he and his family have lived there in a number of premium properties since the 1940s. Ross’s experience in the industry gives him the unique ability to quietly and sensitively respond to the property requirements of his high profile clients who wish to retain as much privacy and anonymity as they can. To compliment this, Sotheby’s International Realty has the most genuine international exposure of any real estate company in the world. If a property needs that extra elevation then the combination of this with Ross’s expertise gives it an unequalled advantage.
