Paul Budd

Paul has recently joined the NAI Harcourt’s team.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Otago University, he travelled to Florida USA, where he was introduced the real estate markets by involving himself in the trading of property with a successful property developer.

Returning to New Zealand he learned the fundamentals of construction with Teak Construction Company specialising in Commercial buildings. Paul has also experience as a field Engineer with the New Zealand Army and learned mechanical skills and safety operations within the mining industry, during this time he retained his passion for real estate by investing and renovating residential property.

Paul has established a natural transition into the commercial sales and leasing environment with his hard work and ability to research the market, deliver accurate and relevant information to property tenants, owners, investors and developers.

His personal values align with NAI Harcourt’s position in the market demonstrating leadership in the provision of property services with Integrity, respect, trust and fairness.
