Pat has a very broad range of experience spread over the last seventeen years .Of late Property Management has been Pat's major interest ,prior to that Pat was involved with her husband Bill as a business owner in a variety of business management roles.

Pat is now working with Bill in the Ray White Burnside sales team and is thoroughly enjoying being part of this very successful team where professionalism is demanded in a supportive fun environment.

Pats Property Management background ,extensive mediation and Tenancy Tribunal experience is proving very valuable for property owners contemplating sale of their properties ,particularly investment property owners unsure of their legal responsibilities .

Pat has for the past three years been at the heart of property issues during the period of the Canterbury earthquakes and aftershocks ,working right at the coalface with landlords/tenants, EQC/EQR, Insurers ,Contractors and Tradespeople.

Pats strengths are firmness, fairness, empathy ,loyalty,trust and honesty .Bill & Pat apply those strengths every day as they work together selling most types of property right across the Canterbury province .Between them they have over 50 years experience in the Property industry.

Having worked in the Property Management field for so long with people in a range of difficult circumstances ,particularly post earthquake ,Pat has always stuck firmly to her family values treating all persons with the respect they deserve ,she is a people person a person of total integrity and understanding .
