John is an integral member of Barfoot and Thompson’s Commercial Investment Sales Team situated in the City office in Chancery.
John has over 17 years experience in senior management positions with several high profile Property Development companies. This background, in association with strong financial and marketing skills, enables him to offer advice on a broad range of property transactions and to identify opportunities, provide solutions and add value to the sales process.
He brings valuable commercial experience and significant networking opportunities to the Investment team and the Vendor. John has an in depth understanding of Property Development particularly in the areas of Finance, Legal and Sales. He has been involved in a number of large scale mixed use residential, retail and commercial projects in New Zealand.
John is married with two teenage children. He is a keen tennis, squash and golf player and is currently a board member of the Remuera Rackets Tennis Club.
