James Faber

Having lived in Palmerston North since 2005, James now calls the place home. As a committee member of the Manawatu Striders, he attends regular club runs and enjoys competing in half marathons.

Before joining Property Brokers, James spent time in the army reaching the rank of Corporal. He travelled the country and throughout the world on both operations and exercises, allowing him to meet and interact with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds.

James purchased his first home in 2008 and has since expanded his rental portfolio in the Manawatu. This led to a growing passion in real estate - enough to pursue a new career within the industry.

One of James’ biggest passions is motorcycles. He loves being a member of the Patriots, Defence Force Motorcycle Club. Cruising around the country and having ties to the old military banter.

From his military background, James brings structure, discipline and a competitive edge to his work ethic. With a focus in customer satisfaction, his natural personality and people skills make him a consultant you can trust.
