Eoin Carty

Eoin completed his B.Comm and property economic degrees in Dublin 1986 and went on to become an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors which entitles him to a membership of New Zealand Institute of Vaulers. He moved to Hawkes Bay in 1994 and shortly thereafter helped set up the Bayleys franchise in Hawke’s Bay where he has previously been shareholder, general manager principal officer,  salesmanager and salesperson.
 
During this time, Eoin was fortunate to be involved with such transactions as Napier Hospital (x2); British American Tobacco, Ahuriri; Leopard Brewery, Hastings; Medalion Meats, Napier; P.D.L., Napier; ENZA Williams Street, Hastings; amongst many others, and has completed over $100m in commission
