Dylan Turner

Dylan was first introduced to Commercial Real Estate with Prestige Real Estate in 2004, focusing mainly on the growth of the North Shore and wider Auckland. Specializing in Green Field Developments (RMA), Dylan earned Rookie of the Year in his first year of real estate. He accomplished some exceptional land sales like the Silverdale South Entertainment & Recreation zone, was key in selling the majority of large parcels in “Silverdale North Future urban land” in Long Bay, Albany City, Silverdale Industrial Estate, Silverdale Knowledge Economy and Central Takapuna. Dylan worked on the Sentinel apartment complex in Takapuna and the Nautilus apartment complex in Orewa along with many other industrial, commercial sales and leasing, residential and future urban across Auckland.  

Dylan has extensive experience within the freight and logistic field, green and brown field developments complimented with a strong network of independent professionals in real estate.

Dylan has established an unprecedented relationship network built over a long period of time with the former and current Mayors of the Rodney, North Shore, Waitakere City Councils, as well as Auckland Regional Council (ARC). Dylan’s network also includes several major civil engineering companies, urban design and architecture professionals, valuers and development finance brokers to help assist in completing developments. Dylan is based in the Bayleys Orewa office focused on Commercial, delivering quality development projects across Auckland, along with Green & Brown Field Development Sites with design builds, leasing, business sales and general investment opportunities.
