Active Realty was established as a fully independent real estate sales service by experienced Taupo real estate agent and auctioneer Dave Wallace.
With some 25 years experience in the industry both in Auckland and for the last 15 years in the Taupo market Dave believed because of the changes to, the modernisation of the real estate industry and the selling process that property owners deserved the choice and should be able to be charged lower commission rates while still being able to receive all the quality services and resources necessary to successfully market and sell their property.
By having substantially lower overheads, no franchise commitments or top heavy management structures, use of the latest technology, industry resources available through affiliations with REINZ and REAA and a different commission structure Active Realty can charge the much lower and a more realistic selling commission rate of 1.95%.
Active Realty is able to provide the same qualified, professional sales service and the range of marketing tools as you would expect from any of the traditional real estate offices without being charged an excessive level of commission.
