"Recently, my partner and I made the decision to place our home on the market.

We were very aware of the choice of Real Estate agent’s operating in our area, so made the sensible choice to obtain assessments from 3 local agent’s, to enable us to get an appreciation of the market, the possible market value of our home, and a feel of the agent who would be acting on our behalf.

I have known Courtney for close to four years now, not long after taking residance in my house in Huapai.

Over this time she periodically made contact with me concerning my property and kept me in touch with what the market was doing. She always has a friendly way of conducting herself along with a strong air of no b/s business.

When it finally came time to sell my house I had it appraised by five different agents all coming back to me with similar figues and all very conserative at that.

After having a number of agents through our much loved home, we decided to list our home with Courtney.

Right from the start Courtney sold herself to us. She was assertive in a polite way. Courtney didn’t give up on trying to win our business and kept her foot on the gas, never flinching. I originally chose to contact Courtney as she had previously placed a fridge magnet and shopping list in our letterbox and I had seen a large number of “Sold by Courtney Wood” signs around our general area. The other most important reason was that once I did contact Courtney she actually replied to the phone message that I left on her mobile! My husband and I had in the last year tried to contact numerous real estate agents about different properties they had listed and the possibility of the sale of our own property but found that as a rule the agents mostly did not bother to return our calls or try and get in touch – be it by phoning, texting or emailing.
