Carol Williamson

Carol Williamson, one of the Living Corporation's principals, has been in real estate since the early 1990's and has found having her own business liberating. "You know what you want to do for people and how you want to get things done - customer service is everything."

Carol came to real estate from being a mum who was heavily involved in her community, running a range of sporting competitions and events, as well as often pulling together the catering. Those organizational and people skills have held her in good stead in real estate.
 

The ability to take on any situation or problem and solve it is a key attribute for any real estate agent, says Carol. "People love it if you can sort out problems for them. We can help people make a whole life change."


Clients say they like Carols enthusiasm and bubbly, positive personality. Balancing business and family is a big challenge but Carol accepts that a real estate agent is never off-duty. She believes the Living Corporation's great strengths include its training programme for its agents and its use of technology to support their work.
 

When it comes time to choose an agent she suggests people avoid looking for cheap deals. "Listen, compare and do the best you can for your biggest asset - don’t take shortcuts."
