Carika joins us from a background in construction and mining where she build up strong skills in project management, structural organisation and multi-tasking with the goal of achieving excellent customer service. Carika landed herself into the high pace environment of New Zealand Real Estate three years ago after emigrating to New Zealand from South Africa. Carika is a mature and dedicated mother and wife, who?s strengths lie in her ability to relate well to a variety of people, aided with her sense of humour and enthusiasm for a job well done. Carika is well suited to work in the public arena where her desire to provide excellent customer services and skills in building positive customer relationships is utilised. She has been working in our flagship Milford branch for the past 3 years, and is excited to bring her flair to the management of the Birkenhead portfolio.
