Amy Boyes

Amy is a dedicated Property Manager who joined our Property Management team as Head of Department in October 2007. 

Knowledgeable and experienced in Property Management, she is supported by our team of dedicated and focused professionals, totally committed to achieving the best results for our landlords in all areas of Property Investment Management.

Starting out her Property Management career over 11 years ago in South Auckland, Amy managed a large portfolio of investment property. Progressing quickly from Senior Property Manager to Team Leader, her hard work and dedication was recognised by winning “Property Manager of the Year 2006/2007” for the greater Auckland/Northland region.

With her bubbly, outgoing personality, combined with her previous managerial experience in the hospitality industry, Amy has the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life and create longstanding relationships with both tenants & landlords alike.

Being well organised and an excellent multi-tasker is also the key to Amy’s success. She has a high level of self-motivation and is able to meet shifting priorities whilst remaining calm and productive under pressure.

Amy is a member of the prestigious LJ Hooker “Captains Club” Property Investment  Management chapter, which has only 2 members in New Zealand, (both of whom are based in the Henderson office) and totalling only 54 worldwide. This award recognises the achievement and training standards that are required of a
top-rated professional Property Investment Manager in the LJ Hooker Group and shows the level of commitment and service that is the standard in the LJ Hooker Henderson office.

She has also been awarded the coveted “Property Manager of the Year” for 2009/ 2010 and 2010/2011 which demonstrates the professionalism and knowledge necessary to consistently out-perform in this demanding industry.
