Have your own office for work, without paying exorbitant rents for space you don't need, and no hassles with power, water, or other accounts. One flat rental charge contains all your expenses apart from your internet, air-con servicing, and phone connection. Fibre broadband is connected to the building.
There is plenty of all-day parking at the rear of the building as well as one car park available for $950 + GST per year if required. The other tenants are all small businesses as well.
The office is ideal for one to two people, but we prefer businesses that do not require a large number of clients visiting the premises. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are provided in common with the other tenants.
