When I asked out owners what they've loved about living here, since 1995, they were so quick to say, "the neighbours, the convenience to The Base and Chartwell shopping, walking distance to Matte Black Cafe, how they can slide open all the doors in Summer, great outlook from the lounge, the river walks, the huge basement garage".... The list went on.

This honest family home, tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac, is surrounded with some really good folk. They've enjoyed Xmas dinners, 50ths, 60ths, pre-wedding parties... It's been a real "memory maker" of a home. With features such as 4 bedrooms, (or 3 plus an office) ensuite, gas heating, big lounge and dining, plus the internal access larger than life double basement garage.

Our owners have enjoyed watching children down the street grow up, and have some very fond memories, but now it's time to hand over to another family to love.
