Away from the main road yet an easy walk for the kids to MAZ and the skate park, they can use up some energy while you grab a coffee from MAZ or the Museum cafes. You can also trundle up to the golf course for a round or maybe one of the many fun activities at The Club and if you have a boat or jet ski it is just 3kms to pop it in the water and head on out on the briny blue for some kai moana or teach the kids to wake board or ski.

The rear, level, section is fully fenced for peace of mind with children and pets and a great pozzie for lawn games or relaxing after a day at the beach - think cocktails and nibbles on the deck while the kids play scrabble or corn hole!
