THE WEEKLY RENT:- Depending on the availability governs the room rate. Starting at $250.00 for a single or shared room (with one other) add an extra $40.00. The weekly rent includes unlimited wireless internet, weekly cleaning of common areas, and power – we have generously supplied heat pumps into each private tenanted room (metered).
KITCHEN:- fully equipped, individual food lockers, fridge and freezer shelves, heat pump and large screen TV, a comfy couch, table, chairs, and a dishwasher.
EXTERIOR:- 1 off-street park for each room, private backyard, lovely sunny deck at the back of the property.
SEPARATE LAUNDRY:- with washing machine and drying area, ironing board, and iron supplied.
