The Reserve occupies 130 hectares of land north of Long Bay at Okura, at the very top of Auckland's North Shore. It's a site with a stunning coastal outlook over the Long Bay-Okura Marine Reserve, alongside the Okura Estuary. Close by lie the bush-clad hills of Okura Scenic Reserve.
