Large High Stud One Bedroom not in the hotel pool with it's own Car park under the building in The HERITAGE.
The Heritage is so close to the waterfront it's almost leasehold....but don't take me wrong this apartment is definitely 100% FREEHOLD and in a prime location.
But that's not the only reason the Heritage is such a popular place to live and why the All Blacks, the overseas tennis stars and anyone who's anyone choose the Heritage as their preferred accommodation.
It's neither the high stud ceilings...nor the lovely polished wooden floors or the rich history only a historical building dating back to 1921 offers...... It's literally everything which as a resident, guest or tenant has at the Heritage at their disposal.....Think world class facilities, including tennis courts, 2 gyms, sauna, spas, an indoor & rooftop pool!
I won't go on as I think I have made my point. So what about the apartment well it’s 55m2....feels like it's 60m2 with such a thoughtful layout, a spacious bathroom good enough for any Belle of the ball and as I mentioned has one of the very few car parks that are under the building.
Perfect.
